Route Companion Pro “extremely well received” at The Commercial Vehicle Show 2016

Kelgray Marketing Manager, Alex Smith has described the product launch of Route Companion Pro at The Commercial Vehicle Show 2016 as being “extremely well received by visitors”.

The NEC, Birmingham, hosted this year’s Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show, which is owned and operated by The Commercial Vehicle Show LLP. This year’s show ran from 26th – 28th April 2016. Kelgray were sponsored and joined on the stand by ALK Technologies & Honeywell.

Introducing Route Companion Pro from Kelgray, taking a route schedule of up to 250 delivery stops from a back office planning or mobile job management application and optimising the route on the driver’s handheld mobile device. Remove the need for manually planning driver itineraries, with routes compared against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) as required, in order to keep customer satisfaction to the highest standard and delivery costs as low as possible.

There was a large amount of interest in the Kelgray stand from an array of blue-chip tranport & logistics companies, with many commenting on how interactively engaging the Mercedes Sprinter dashboard (see photos) on the stand was.
